Weather Policy

Unfortunately, the weather is not a factor Clutch Performance Baseball, Inc. can control in any way. Here at Clutch Performance Baseball, Inc., we do our best to accommodate all customers in times of unforeseen weather conditions. Clutch Performance Baseball clinics will NOT be cancelled due to weather!

Clutch Performance Baseball clinics are planned and paid for months in advance. There are numerous expenses connected to the operation of these clinics (travel, facility rental, coach's fees, uniforms, etc.)

For this reason, WE DO NOT CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER.

In case of bad weather, Clutch Performance Baseball will use every resource available to us to conduct as much of our scheduled activities as possible.

Clutch Performance Baseball will have a backup plan in place before of the beginning of the clinic. Indoor cages, alternate fields, lights and other issues that arise due to bad weather.

Our top priority is to give each attendee the best experience possible, and we will do everything in our power to accomplish our goal.

In rare circumstances, where the safety of our players is involved or when prevailing conditions have been deemed exceedingly dangerous or of an emergency nature by the State or Town, the Clutch Performance Baseball, Inc. Executive Director will decide to close the clinic site. Decisions regarding cancellation due to weather are made by Clutch Performance Baseball, Inc. staff only, NOT BY CLIENTS.

There will be no refunds in the event of cancelled games or Day 1 Stations due to weather problems or any other reason not thought of at the time of this writing. Please feel free to give us a call should you have any questions regarding our policies. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
