Refund Policy

If you are interested in attending, or have already paid for a spot at one of our events, you may like to know what our policy is on cancellations.

In the event that you cannot attend the clinic that you have pre-registered for, the following credits will be issued toward another clinic and must be used during the current clinic year. (Depending on availability).

* Full credit toward another clinic will be given when written notice or by e-mail is received no more than 30 days prior to the scheduled clinic
* No-Shows are non-refundable

Due to the commitments that must be made by Clutch Performance Baseball Inc. to insure the rental facility, availability of coaches, travel and accommodation reservations, we do NOT offer refunds. The scheduling expenses are made in accordance with the number of players that register for each clinic.
